Description
JOB PROFILE
- Collect, analyze and document functional and business requirements from customers and share with the technical crew.
- Understanding the business process management, business customer needs and translate them into specific software requirements.
- Act as an interface between technology teams, business units and support teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
- Analyze customer needs and building workflow capabilities by studying the specifications of the system.
- Possess the ability to work with several projects simultaneously.
- Document IT business requirements and design the structure.
- Searching online to prepare business proposals and analyzing the customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent related field or experience.
- 4-8 years of Experience as business analyst in the IT field.
- Excellent communication and writing skills are must.
- Must have knowledge to manage large complex projects based on web applications and web services.
